Multi-zone processes
Graypicar Stone, as one of the fundamental characteristics that makes us stand out from the rest of the Waterjet machines, has a pool of 6000x4000mm, which allows us to operate in multi-zone, making the head work by sectors and thus minimizing wasted time. This optimizes the production process in order to deliver the material in record time. In addition, precision components up to a maximum thickness of 200 mm can be cut.
Variety of solutions
We have extensive experience in the cutting and assembly of pieces such as granites, marbles and travertines of different thicknesses, particularly for rosettes, mosaics and borders. We produce both façade cladding and all types of furniture: washbasin sinks, sinks, kitchen benches and paving, offering a wide variety of solutions.
Complete process
We are able to offer you the complete process so that you don’t have to worry about anything: from the choice of a wide range of materials, through custom design, cutting, gluing and polishing, arriving at your hands a finished product just as you had imagined it.
Miter cut
In a wide range of materials we perform Waterjet cutting with mechanical miter, for all types of couplings or bedplates. In this way we achieve an angled cut that greatly expands the possibilities.
